Identityless BG artist needed!

Our team is currently restarting the work on a visual novel Identityless and for that we are looking for background graphic or character artist.
Currently we have only one person - ~Haspien (https://www.deviantart.com/haspien) - who does sprites, CG and BG, which is pretty time consuming. So in order to help him, we are looking for a BG artist.
Prerequisities:
- knowledge of coloring backgrounds and details, the linearts are rendered (and will be redrawn by the actual artist)
- being able to fit style to the sprites
- knowledge of work with light/shadow and moods (looking more for a melancholic mood)
- setting: Japanese-like school/roof/court, winter
